About the job

The Commercial team in Newcastle are looking for a consultant to come join them. In the job, you will be recruiting for a variety of temporary and permanent roles including Customer Service, Business Development, Data-Entry Specialists, Contract Administrators, HR & Recruitment, Finance Support, EAs & PAs. You will continue to build and grow the desk while maintaining great relationships with existing clients. You will be joining an established team of consultants and reporting to Liz who is the Branch Manager for Commercial Newcastle and has been with Randstad for over 4 years.

In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

About you

You have previous experience in sales and/or recruitment and you are ambitious and eager to succeed. You thrive in a fast paced environment, are passionate about sales and business development and you love being part of a fun and energetic team. You must have a driver’s license.

We will support you from day 1, you will start our 8-week onboarding training and have a personal Learning & Development Coach to assist you, not only in the initial week but throughout your career with Randstad.
