About the job
The Morphett Vale Industrial branch has long been established as a thriving office with recently winning its 4th Office of the year nationally out of the last 5 years. Due to these excellent results, we are in need of adding to our already well-established team who have been in the Industrial space collectively for many years with Randstad. The office offers the chance for a new consultant to grow their own career within a well-supported environment, with guidance from the Branch Manager at all times.
We are looking for an individual to join our Morphett Vale team to help drive an established temp desk with approximately 40 candidates. There is space to grow this desk with existing warm client relationships as well as market maps to assist in growing the client base with a big focus on State Government. With this desk, you will be exposed to local/state government, heavy industrial and production roles.
You will be expected to provide ongoing recruitment solutions, ensuring service is delivered in a timely matter of the highest quality, whilst having a clear passion for KPI’s are being continuously met. The ability to match the right candidate to the client’s requirements will be imperative to the success of your desk. A focus and determination with increasing market share through your existing client base as well as sales is crucial to the success of this role.
You will need to be flexible with time management, enthusiastic with an energised approach to increasing your desk’s weekly GP. There will also be an emphasis on driving Randstad’s processes, ensuring compliance is followed at all times, this will involve conducting pre-employment assessments on all of your candidates.
You will be supported by your manager throughout an extensive on boarding process, ensuring that you are guided through all training required for you to be successful in the role. Knowledge of the Industrial division would be beneficial, however not essential.
You will be an excellent communicator who is a team player with the enthusiasm to grow within our business and have a clear drive for success individually. You will strive to achieve targets and KPI’s with clear direction on how to constantly increase your GP. Ideally you will have a background in Recruitment, however,if you have a strong desire to learn then this will be the right environment for you.
