About the job
We currently have exciting opportunities available for Recruiters to join the team in Sydney CBD across a number of industries including;
- Business/Office Support
- Construction, Property & Engineering
- Sales & Marketing
As a Recruiter, you will be exposed to an intensive on-boarding and structured training program; including online e-learning, formal workshop based training, peer mentoring and on the job coaching/shadowing. Concurrently, you will be immersed within supportive and established teams of subject matter experts on an extensive range of clients where you will gain exposure to the end to end recruitment process, including KPI’s and how they contribute to overall success.
You will also learn how to post advertisements, source candidates from a range of platforms where you will learn how to shortlist and screening candidates efficiently, as well as conduct administrative duties. You will gain exposure to clients and industry knowledge during interviews and visits, as well as understand client business operations and solve their recruitment needs. This will include selecting and matching candidates to clients, arranging interviews and briefing candidates on the company and the role. You must be comfortable being on the telephone and ensuring that database is kept up to date and utilised appropriately.
You have recently graduated from your tertiary qualifications and are looking to kick-start a career in Recruitment or you are looking for a change in career. You have experience working in a sales, retail, customer service or business development environment and have strong organising and planning skills. You might already work in the recruitment industry and are looking for a change.
You are a self-motivated, high achiever, business savvy and sales driven individual who is looking for a step up in their career to join a highly energetic sales environment. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are a must! In addition, you will have a great attitude, be resilient and dedicated, willing to work hard and work within a team. Previous experience within one of our disciplines will be advantageous!
