Our successful CPE (Trades & Labour) Team is currently searching for a Administrator/Resourcer, who has ideally supported a recruitment team to join them on a contract basis. You will have the opportunity to join the team based in Parramatta CBD.

We are currently looking for an experienced administrator/resourcer who has ideally supported a recruitment team.

  • Manage and maintain files
  • Phone screening candidates
  • Arranging interviews
  • Communicating with line managers to discuss feedback / business needs
  • Sorting and filing of documents
  • Drafting email correspondence
  • Promptly answering/directing phone calls and taking messages
  • Maintain internal database
  • Assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong experience in a similar role ideally supporting a recruitment team
  • Proactive attitude with ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with all levels of the business
