Our client are an ASX listed organisation operating across 30 nations with over 12,000 employees worldwide, developing and delivering biotherapies to prevent and treat people with a wide range of medical conditions.

About the role

Due to an internal promotion we have a fantastic opportunity available for two experienced recruitment administrators to join this highly motivated and supportive team working in this fast paced and driven environment for a period of 12 months with the possibility of permanency towards the end of contract.

Responsibilities of role include:

• Generating employment contract

• Scheduling and coordinating interviews

• Conducting pre employment checks

• Providing administrative support and communicating with all departments

• Working within the guidelines of established processes

• Entering data and working with computer systems

About you

As an established and experienced Recruitment Administrator, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously. Furthermore, you will be a fast learner with strong initiative and willingness to take on unforeseen responsibilities.

Ideally you will have at least 6-12months experience providing administrative support within a Recruitment of HR environment and be available to interview immediately. Experience dealing with workflow and/or shared services would be highly welcomed.
