About the Team

A medium sized team including one branch manager and four consultants, you will be joining a tight knit team in Logan. With the Randstad culture permeating through all offices, this Logan office is no exception to the rule with a friendly, successful and incredibly supportive team. Consistently celebrating their wins as a team (big or small), this team are all involved in the understanding of how this branch is performing.

The Role

Working as a recruitment consultant within our highly successful industrial team means you will be recruiting various role types across a variety of growth industries. It is important that you are able to work with a real sense of urgency and be able to operate within a fast paced environment.

In this role you will be working with both existing and new clients so you will be responsible for proactive sales activity as well as account management of current clients.

The desk you will be managing has a core client but is looking for someone to take it to the next level. It requires a strong sales person to grow this desk from it's current GP per week and in turn, make additional commission on top of your standard!

In this role day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Sales visits and meeting clients
  • Develop working relationships with new clients
  • Fill job orders
  • Interview candidates
  • Build relationships with your candidates
  • Grow your desk week on week
  • Working towards KPIs and achieving your targets
  • Ensuring database, compliance and administration are maintained
