About the job

This is a full 360 recruitment position; you will have the opportunity to build your career with a global company that offers the highest of training and development for their people. The successful consultant will be responsible for maintaining pre-existing relationships with clients as well as building new relationships, attracting candidates within the under a current PSA, screening and interviewing of candidates, to ensure the best-fit candidates are being referred. Working towards KPI’s each week to help build your road to success.

You will have the opportunity to manage and build on a warm desk, recruiting for a national PSA across the Business Support positions for both temporary and permanent opportunities.

In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

About you

The successful applicant will be a hard working, motivated and sales driven individual either wanting to continue or start their recruitment career.

You will be able to build report easily with clients and candidates, to foster relationships, a minimum of 2 years experience in a KPI focussed position and the ability to research and investigate new industries and role types, as well as being tech savvy and able to adapt to new systems easily.

Have an entrepreneurial mind and are driven by your own success, confident and personable and enjoy a sales environment.
