About the job
This is a full 360 recruitment position, you will have the opportunity to build your career with a global company that offers the highest of training and development for their people. The successful consultant will be responsible for maintaining pre-existing relationships with clients as well as building new relationships, attracting candidates within the market, screening and interviewing of candidates, to ensure the best-fit candidates are being referred. Working towards KPI’s each week to help build your road to success.
You will have the opportunity to manage and build on an already successful desk, recruiting for mainly claims managers, administration assistants and customer service representatives, both temporary and permanent across both key accounts and SME markets.
You will have the opportunity of being a part of a hard working successful team that pride ourselves on our strong supportive culture this is a fun, outgoing and highly successful team that work hard to play hard, working with a supportive and energetic manager, two senior consultants and a one other consultant, you will be able to start your journey with the Randstad family.
In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.
The successful applicant will be a hard working, motivated and sales driven individual either wanting to continue or start their recruitment career.
You will be able to build report easily with clients and candidates, to foster relationships, a minimum of 2 years experience in a KPI focussed position and the ability to research and investigate new industries and role types, as well as being tech savvy and able to adapt to new systems easily.
