As a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad you will manage relationships with our large and well-known client base along with developing new business under the Randstad brand. You will be surrounded by a successful, stable and supportive team that wants to see you succeed.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing and developing client relationships
  • Understanding clients’ business and solving their recruitment needs
  • Developing new business and building positive, productive relationships
  • Selecting candidates for appropriate positions and arranging interviews
  • Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Recruitment
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive and positive approach with a strong team ethic
  • Persistence, resilience, drive and a determination to succeed

You will ideally have an understanding of how to recruit blue collar candidates OR you have previously been in a sales role within the Construction, Property & Engineering sector. You will be ready for a new challenge within your career, looking to join a high performing team of successful consultants and really prepared to progress your career to that next step, whilst earning great commission.
