Seeking a professional recruitment coordinator to work within a large state government organisation. Reporting to the HR Business Partners, this role will provide recruitment as well as some generalist HR support to a client group of 100.

Duties will include:

  • Coordinate recruitment, induction and performance reviews
  • Assisting with workforce planning and performance development projects
  • Reviewing candidate CV’s and phone screening
  • Advertising roles through SEEK, LinkedIN and other job boards
  • Reference checking and updating working rights checks
  • Assisting with Merit selection process

Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR coordinator role
  • Previous experience working within the IT recruitment space highly desirable
  • Agency or internal recruitment experience
  • Ability to adapt, learn quickly and be proactive
