Primary purpose of the role

My client is seeking a switched on Recruitment Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Reporting to a very supportive Team Leader, working with a collaborative team of 10. The Recruitment Coordinator provides a broad range of administrative support to the Talent Teams.

Key accountabilities

  • Provide a range of administrative and support services to ensure the Talent Teams function effectively and efficiently
  • Provide logistic support for interviews regarding scheduling of candidates, candidate communication, preparation and collection of required documentation and room step-up to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently
  • Coordinates and manages records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
  • Develops, implements and monitors office systems, procedures and methods, adapting processes and techniques as required, to facilitate efficient team / unit operations in line with agency standards, policies and procedures
  • Gathers and collates information for, and prepares documentation and reports on business unit performance, as well as makes recommendations to improve efficiency, cost management and service delivery

You will have

  • 1-2 years in HR or recruitment administration
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build positive interpersonal relationships and liaise with various individuals across the business
  • A positive, ‘can do’ attitude
