about your role

As the Recruitment Operations Manager at Unisys, you will oversee the day-to-day operations through coaching, training and exceptional leadership. The Recruitment Operations Manager is responsible for effectively managing the development and direction of the team to drive efficiency, productivity, quality and financial improvements while building relationships and ensuring the integration of strategic plans with company operations.

your daily duties

account management & leadership:

  • Remotely oversee and direct a team of Team Managers, Recruitment Specialists and Coordinators.
  • Provide training and development support to internal recruiters and management team.
  • Develop monthly labour production reports, QBRs, and market reports.
  • Meet with account team regularly to evaluate execution of the concept, status of deliverables, achievement of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and opportunities for improvement.

recruitment & selection:

  • Develop and manage the implementation of the recruitment process for each client site and region, including sourcing strategy, interview assessment process, and post placement employee management.
  • Collaborate with account team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the flexible workforce pool to be deployed is in support of the client’s business goals and objectives.

skills and experience

  • Experience working across APAC is preferred
  • Experience in managing and directing recruitment teams within a high volume, transactional environment
  • Solid experience in setting up and establishing operations within an RPO space
  • Proven track record in innovative and forward thinking solutions
  • Able to deal with internal and external clients in a professional manner
  • Strong business acumen, high integrity and a strong desire to succeed
