Role of Regional Sales Manager

  • You would be expected to manage, coach and develop a team of territory managers
  • Responsible for being in field with the sales representatives
  • Manage tendor processes
  • Take ownership and responsibility of team sales budgets and targets
  • Assist in managing key accounts cross the region
  • Internal and external key stakeholder management
  • Occasional interstate travel is required
  • Report into senior commercial director


The successful candidate will:

  • Be experienced in the medical device sector as a regional sales manager
  • You will have a proven track record in building and growing high performing sales teams
  • Ideally you will have experience within wound care/ ostomy care or continence care
  • You will be qualified/ educated within the medical sector
  • You will have clinical acumen
  • You will be customer focused
  • You will be persistent, have resilience and be a self starter
  • You will be excellent at building and managing relationships
