Regional Sales Manager (ACT)


An excellent opportunity exists for a hands on, motivated and passionate Regional Sales Manager in one of Canberra’s leading distributors of enablement technology, data analytics platforms, audio-visual technology, IPTV and Pro-Audio.


About the Role:


You’ll be a natural born leader, who relishes at the opportunity to motivate an existing network to grow exclusive new product offerings, whilst seeking out new resellers to join the organisation.
You must have proven success as a Sales Manager in the AV/Pro Audio, IT or a similar industry. A rigorous understanding of the psychology of sales, the ability to implement & monitor sales strategies and motivate a regional sales team will all be key attributes of the successful candidate.


You will have:

  • Relevant experience in a channel sales management capacity in the AV/ Pro Audio/ IT industry
  • Experience in Channel Marketing highly desirable
  • Exposure managing LARGE portfolio’s in the ACT region
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated capacity for high-level customer service
  • Understanding tech trends in modern business
  • The ability to work autonomously when needed
