The Role:-

As the relationship manager you will be responsible for the strategic relationship management of key accounts, with the core focus to deliver client satisfaction. You will develop and maintain an accurate ‘touch-point’ plan ensuring that your customers receive relevant and timely, value added contact. Whilst the objective is to maximise customer experience and seek new business opportunities this is as much a consultative role, where you are required to educate clients on how to best utilise their current plans and other product suites. Although engaging with existing clients, you will need to draw on your business development skills and commercial acumen to engage with other stakeholders within the business to expand your reach within that portfolio.

Your Profile:-

You have a proven track record in Business to Business sales and account management. A background in recruitment or professional sales is highly desired. Your commercial acumen enables you to confidently conduct business discussions with middle to senior management and apply a consultative and solutions based approach. You are strategic in your approach, truly valuing the concept of forming, building and nourishing key relationships. You are articulate and engaging and have a diverse and high level of communications skills. You work well in a team environment achieving set KPI’s and targets and can fit in to a vibrant, energetic and dynamic team environment.
