Part of their Business Growth Division, their Premium department is currently in the market for two new Relationship Managers to join their already successful team.
As the Relationship Manager you will be provided an existing premium customer portfolio to account manage and grow via organic and new acquisition activities. These customers will have complex and in depth personal requirements when it comes to their banking portfolio.
This means you will be responsible for providing your customers with full reactive support to their borrowing and investing needs whilst also proactively uncovering opportunities to increase share of wallet and improve the customer’s holistic wealth. You will have the support of an experienced team and inspirational managers to help you drive and grow a successful portfolio.
To be considered for these exciting positions you must have:
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to develop, maintain and grow relationships
- A positive and ‘can do’ attitude with a drive and desire to be number 1
- Experience managing a portfolio of HNW clients
- A proactive and holistic approach to offer customers additional Banking products/services
- Exposure writing complex credit/lending
