This role is responsible for undertaking activities and implementing strategies that strengthen existing employer relationships to improve service delivery and outcomes for employers and members. This role seeks to deepen relationships and provide support across all layers of our employer’s business to strengthen default status, to undertake
new business activities and provides access and opportunity to engage with existing and potential new members.
Activities include seminar and workplace visit, supported by a range of services and expertise that resonates with members, management and decision makers.


• Prior experience as a Relationship Manager within a super fund secretarial, super fund administration or funds management environment, with an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to relationship management
• RG146 accreditation, ASFA Superannuation Diploma and/or relevant business related tertiary qualifications
• Sufficient presentation and/or teaching experience to present confidently to member groups
• Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships and relationships in a unified manner with key internal and external stakeholders
• Flexibility with travel and work arrangements outside normal business hours including some weekends

• A comprehensive knowledge of current and proposed superannuation legislation, industry trends and superannuation products
• Responsiveness and commitment to help others (especially unexpected issues / needs)
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, across all ‘levels’ within an organisation
• Ability to analyse data, prepare and communicate a strategic paper to internal and external stakeholders
