They are currently seeking an APS3 Service Support Officer and APS5 Community and Peer Advisor to join their team. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Provide operational and administration support to teams.Maintaining local relationships with relevant key stakeholders to support effectivelyWorking as part of a high performing team to effectively engage with individuals with complex challenges either face to face (front office reception) or via telephone.Provide clinical support assisting with client appointments, diary managementAssist in meeting National Office requests, collate data and reportsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/ClearanceLived experience in a similar role or strong understanding and connection of area supporting - mental health issues and ADF Service, as either an ex-ADF member or partner/carer of a current serving or ex ADF member (spouse, ex partner or widow/widower)Have a sound general knowledge of the role and functions of the agency and an understanding of how these relate to your specific work area.Plans own work goals and priorities that align with and achieve own and team outcomes.Confidence in working and making decisions independently.
