They operate between 7:30am and 6:00 pm and cater for children infants -5 years old. This service is a part of a large childcare oganisation who have 36 centres across the country. You will have great networking opportunitys and support from other Directors. This service embraces a play based philosophy where inspired by Reggio Emilia within their practice and teachings. The RoleYou will hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early years Education and have experience as either a Director or Assistant director within an Early Childhood setting. You will be supported by an area manager, administration team, educational leader and 21C. We are looking for a candidate who has a thorough understanding of children's services regulations, compliance and strong leadership skills to lead a team to ensure the centre is running to a high standard.
