Mission of the role:

  • Achieve sales targets, profitability and cash flow targets
  • Develop business opportunities an exploit market potential, with a focus on public sector channel (military/government)
  • Lead generation, customer profiling, CRM update
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Account management

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achievement of sales, profitability and Cash Flow targets on the field locally
  • Guarantee the customer satisfaction on the field locally
  • Guarantee adequate market feedback on the Segment trends
  • Guarantee market management and adequate n. of customer/prospect visits per year in line with the GSN code
  • Guarantee appropriate sales activity planning and the GSN code daily application
  • Guarantee respect of clients cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance

Requirements:

  • 2/3 years of experience in direct sales
  • Experience in managing complex deals
  • Experience in selling solutions
  • Strong ties to military/government channel is highly desirable
  • Network within Hotels/Residential Development/Public Sector
  • CRM, pipeline management solid experience
  • Fitness & Wellness products knowledge
  • Experience as trainer, coach or professional athlete (plus)
  • Direct Sales techniques (consultative approach)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Long term customer relationship approach
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced digital skills: web, social media, ICT devices and tools, cloud services
  • Market segment features, trends, systems knowledge
  • Integrity and humility
