As a Sales Consultant at nib, you will put customers at the heart of everything you do and deliver exceptional customer experiences during key moments of truth. You will be part of a high performing, award winning team where you will have a real opportunity to deliver the highest possible customer service whilst making a real impact on nib’s overall business success. The nib sales team do not cold call- at all! You will be following up on warm leads to help their customers on their health journey, whilst making a significant impact to nib’s overall success.
What are we looking for?

You will enjoy working in an environment where innovation and change are the norm and you will be systems savvy and comfortable to navigate through knowledge platforms and databases to deliver great customer and business outcomes.
To be considered for this opportunity you must;
- Be available and flexible to be rostered between the hours of 8.00am to 8.30pm, Monday to Friday
- Be available to work Saturday's on a rotation basis between the hours of 8.00am to 1.00pm
- Be available for 2 weeks full-time paid training based at the nib Newcastle Head Office in Honeysuckle
