The Role

Based in Brisbane, the role of Business Development Manager will report directly to the Sales State Sales Manager. Your duties will include:

  • Building strong partnerships in the retail and consumer channels
  • Hunting and developing new business as well as maintaining and servicing existing accounts.
  • Implementing sales strategies and both grow the company and accommodate our customer’s needs.
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Interpret tailored data to deliver insights to clients
  • Weekly reporting
  • Being the initial contact regarding customer technical queries
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing the CRM reporting system


Your Profile

The successful candidate will a minimum of an undergraduate degree and ideally will have 1 year experience in sales. You will have strong organisation skills and the ability to manage your own week as the role carries a good level of autonomy, however the right support and processes are in place. You will be hungry and eager to “get ahead of the game”, and be willing to move through the business if the opportunity arises. You also will need to hold a valid Drivers License
