An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and energetic Sales Rep to join a rapidly growing construction company specialising in concrete and quarry building materials. Having enjoyed significant growth over recent years, their brand continues to attract the best talent and customers across the local market which has opened the door for an experienced Sales Rep / BDM to join their Melbourne team and help them achieve the next phase of their growth.
Drawing from your knowledge and experience within the civil concrete space, you will spend your time networking across building sites within your designated territory, creating relationships and promoting your range of products with a view of securing a lasting customer base. You will be given all the training and tools required to help you excel, but you must be someone who can quickly and easily build rapport with builders and concreters and manage your time effectively.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous sales experience within the construction industry, selling onsite
- Experience or knowledge of civil concrete products
- Successful track record of high sales achievement
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work autonomously
