Come work in a Sales Support role within the FMCG / Manufacturing industry with a globally known company that is committed to its team members.

We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator for a 12 month maternity leave contract to assist a team of 6-10 sales representatives.

You will be supporting

Your main responsibilities would include:

  • Manage Sales Orders
  • Work closely with the Sales and Supply Chain team
  • Customer Service
  • Data Entry
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders

Your profile:

You will be a motivated professional with a passion to learn and support your team. You will be a fast learner, excellent communicator and very proactive with good initiative.

You will have the following...

  • SAP experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar
  • Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Have superior attention to detail
  • Be flexible to hit the ground running with any ad-hoc administration
