Key responsibilities:

  • Support two sales representatives with their administration work
  • Assist with customers visiting on site and receptionist duties
  • Create, process and follow up on quotes and analyse reports
  • Manage key accounts of existing customers
  • Answer phones and communicate with whole of office internal and external stakeholders

The successful candidate will also have:

  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability and interest in sales to upsell and cross-sell
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new operating systems
  • Demonstrated experience in a previous role responding to customer enquiries in a reactive environment
