Out client is currently undertaking a major project to deploy an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program across the Cluster. To ensure the effectiveness of the implementation it is necessary to provide a number of training courses via a number of delivery methods.

There is a requirement to develop and deliver training material in a range of formats and designs such as and including:

  • Presentations
  • Activity Guides
  • Quick reference materials
  • Work Instructions
  • Videos
  • E-Learning

The materials will support these key SAP Modules: (Including sub topics as listed by not limited to)

Procurement – (Procure to Pay P2P)

Materials Management – SRM Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management

Finance and Controlling – GL Accounting, Asset Management, Treasury etc.

Payroll and Time Admin, Org design Mgmt

We are looking for a number of resources to support us in this implementation. We require personnel who:

  1. Have a Cert IV in Training & Assessment.
  2. Have experience in the development and delivery of training content created across the above SAP streams (providing examples of recent SAP training they have delivered).
  3. Are willing to undertake travel across NSW as required to deliver learning solutions to our regional staff.
  • Strong public speaking and adult teaching skills
  • Ability to manage diverse groups of trainees including skill level, cultural influences and engagement levels
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues, on the fly, and in a consultative way
  • Demonstrated experience and capacity to assess learning needs and to develop, materials to satisfy these
  • Demonstrated experience developing eLearning, preferably using Captivate or similar
  • Strong project methodology experience, particularly around training lifecycle and documentation management
  • Experience in working within a large government organisation
  • Formal qualifications in education and/or training - minimum level of a current Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training
