A unique opportunity for an Chaplain to join a Anglican independent school in Perth. The school welcomes staff who are prepared to go the extra mile for their students and is keen to support teachers, students and parents to provide a culture of care in an inclusive, supportive environment and quality education.

The successful candidate will:

  • Encourage students to pursue their faith development by communicating positive religious values within the school environment
  • Respond positively to opportunities when students and staff want to talk about the issues of faith and commitment.
  • Organising services for staff, Family Services, Particularly at Easter and Christmas and throughout the year.
  • Preparing students for baptism and/or admission to Holy Communion and/or confirmation, and arranging guest speakers and groups to complement the Chapel programme.
  • Mentoring and liaising closely with Chapel Prefects, Junior School chapel captains, to develop their roles.
  • Fostering good relations with past students as they return to the School for important events in their lives.
  • Being available to conduct the pastoral services of Baptism, Marriage and Funerals, as well as other pastoral services.

An all girls independent day and boarding school for over 1400 Students from Kindergarten to Year 12 located close to the ocean in WA are looking for a school traditional Chaplain to join there Anglican Communion who meets the Archbishop’s requirements.
