The School:

Established in 1983 this college provides leading education to over 1000 students and is the only school in the Northern Territory with an agricultural facility set up 75 ha mixed produce farm.

They provide an exciting learning environment with flexible pathways for their students with a comprehensive offering underpinned by, the schools vision, "promoting high achievement in a safe, disciplined and caring environment" .

As a school which is rich in diversity including 40% low ECS and a broad range of backgrounds and demographics, they seek proactive and passionate teachers who are driven to achieve a high level of engagement with students, where they have a strong ability to adapt their teaching style and connect with a range of learning styles and behaviours.

The Principal and Executive Team of this school are passionate about a strong school culture and excellent student teacher relationships. They would like to appoint like minded professionals who will be innovative and forward thinking and in return can offer permanence and real career prospects or a great opportunity to spend time in their school on a contract basis if that is preferred.

This school is operating at the forefront of the world of education and is investing heavily in their science program with construction underway for a new specialty hub. Applicants with strengths in Mathematics and Science which may include; STEM teaching, Chemistry or Physics will be held in high regard, although this is not essential.

Further to this, exceptional communication skills, relevant teaching qualifications and ideally having relevant work rights via an establish VISA, residency or citizenship are being sought, however, sponsorship will be a considered option for top performing talent.
