Randstad are now a preferred supplier for a number of Local Councils around Adelaide. Due to significant growth we are currently seeking experienced Senior Administration Assistants for future opportunities, varying from short term assignments to long term/permanent opportunities.

Located in the southern suburbs, you will undertake a range of high level administrative tasks in an efficient and effective manner with the ability to meet multiple deadlines. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support and assistance to the wider teams. These tasks could include;

  • Formatting reports
  • Data entry
  • Diary management
  • Coordinate team events
  • Records management
  • Drafting correspondance

Successful candidates will be immaculately presented, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and will have the ability to demonstrate these skills by communicating effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. You will have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including outlook and a minimum typing speed of 55 words per minute.

Excellent problem solving abilities and demonstrated experience working in a fast paced environment will be highly regarded. In addition, although not required, you will ideally hold a current police check/DCSI clearance and have experience with any the following;

  • Authority
  • ECM
  • Technology 1
  • Pathway
