In line with the State Records of South Australia’s Adequate Records Management Framework and EDRMS Procurement and Pre-implementation Guideline, you will work closely with key stakeholders to plan, scope, design and deliver the project’s improvement outcomes.

The Records Management Improvement and EDRMS Preparedness program is a high priority of the Agency’s ICT Strategy. The future implementation of an EDRMS will establish technologies for managing the Agency’s information assets and will support the building of a digital platform for innovation and productivity improvements.

To ensure your success within this role you will have recent and in-depth experience of records management in government and recent experience with EDRMS design, implementation and transition planning. Government and Records Management experience as well as experience with EDRMS systems such as Content Manager/TRIM, ECM, RecFind, Objective, etc, is essential. Adequate Records Management and EDRMS procurement and pre-implementation experience will be highly regarded.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high profile project based in Adelaide. The initial contract is until the End of June 2019, however, a likely extension is on offer.
