Experienced HR Business Partner required for a large government agency, you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to provide support around a performance management and development project of their white collar non-executive work force.

In this role you will;

  • Work with a large, diverse client group to provide support, guidance and mentoring for managers on a range of development and performance management issues
  • Coach and mentor managers on HR best practice
  • Create learning and development materials including communication documents, facilitating training and manage project schedules

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Experience in partnering with managers in diverse client groups to provide guidance and advice on a range of HR issues including employee relations, performance issues and learning and development needs
  • Previous government experience with exposure to the education sector highly beneficial
  • Strong written skills and experience writing detailed reports ideally within a government environment
  • The ability to work with limited resources in a busy environment and demonstrated experience in operational HR projects
