Our client, a well established and rapidly growing FMCG company who is located within the south-eastern suburbs are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources professional to partner with the business to provide exceptional generalist HR support. You will consider yourself highly motivated, a self starter, commercial and an experienced HR professional, who brings with them considerable experience in developing high quality HR solutions to enable a business to achieve its key drivers.

Working in a brand new, bright and funky office you'll be reporting into an amazing and warm People & performance Manager within a small but fast paced and collaborative team, you will work within the commercial business to develop and to nurture the people within that space.

You will provide support across the following areas:

  • Actively support and nurture the company values
  • Assist in developing and delivering people & performance policies, processes and initiatives for the business based in Australia and internationally
  • Assist in development of the people skills and broader capabilities of all managers
  • Provide specialist advise, coaching and support to all leaders
  • Develop and facilitate training where required

To be considered for the role, it's ideal you:

  • Have 5-7 years HR generalist experience
  • FMCG or pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • International exposure and working cross-culturally particularly APAC region
  • Ideal that you have project based experience/HRIS implementation or strong HR technology experience
  • High level of competence in dealing with all employee relations matters (performance management, workplace investigations)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law framework and relevant legislation
  • Exceptional writing skills and experience in drafting employment contract

This is a hands on role, really needing an inquisitive personality who is OK with rolling their sleeves up and get their hands dirty and who can run quite independently.
