- Contribute to the development and implementation of new or revised human resource management policies, processes and systems, and continuously review corporate services and functions
- Assist in recruitment activities, in particular, writing selection reports.
- Provide generalist HR support to the Senior HR Business Partners.
- Assist in aligning current policies with current legislation.
- Answer general enquiries and provide support to the broader business.
