About the role

You will be working in a fantastic team environment providing high-level executive secretarial and administrative support. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting HR and recruitment teams
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, booking meeting rooms and sending invitations
  • Taking meeting minutes, preparing agendas and documentation
  • Processing travel, IT and expense requests
  • Raising purchase orders, approving timesheet and leave requests
  • Onboarding new staff members
  • Managing briefing notes, correspondence and documentation

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have had experience in providing high quality administrative, HR and procurement assistance

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft suite and other HR, procurement and records management systems
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a team environment or individually

This is a full-time position going until Jan 2020. Must be available to start 1st Nov for a 1 month handover period.
