A retail business with a head office based in the CBD has a current need for a Service Desk Analyst. The successful candidate will have a highly presentable customer focused approach to the service desk & any previous experience with IT support in large organisations would be desirable.

Service Desk Analyst Experience

  • Experience in L1 IT support in a corporate environment
  • Highly motivated & enthusiastic towards L1 Service Desk support
  • Excellent customer service focused attitude
  • Exposure to high call & ticket volumes in IT Service Desk environment

The Environment Consists of

  • Office 365
  • Windows 7 & 10
  • Skype for Business
  • VPN/RSA Remote Connectivity
  • Active Directory, Citrix

Selection Criteria:

  • Excellent customer service background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Solid analytical and problem solving ability
  • Desire to assume increasing levels of responsibility and to learn new skills
