job description

The Role
You will find yourself liaising with a variety of personnel ranging from superintendents & maintenance engineers to procurement & logistics officers. With a very strong focus on power generation, flow control and wastewater, you will be responsible for the following functions:

  • Onsite technical support, problem solving and service appraisals
  • Quoting, tendering, estimating
  • Review customer specifications and develop complete technical and commercial proposals
  • Evaluate prospective company service opportunities and provide solutions on the basis of customer needs
  • Present technical expertise to select, implement and develop competitive service applications as well as solutions
  • Fostering the development of new, creative products and services
  • Improving the efficiency of the sales and tendering processes
  • Operate as a fully functioning and actively contributing member of the Mechanical Team
