About the company

A solid Identity in the in their specialist field of Office Fit Outs, bank and retail fit outs, they are envied for their high end finishes and happy go lucky culture. They have gained a medley of awards within their respective niche. There culture is focussed on a friendly, collaborative family feel, working together to achieve goals. They are an Australia wide recognised fit out firm and the Sydney branch has tripled in size in the last 4 years.

There success and expansion has recently seem them having to re-locate to new offices. In which they have converted a vast warehouse which the team has fitted out to a very high end finish, creating an absolutely exquisite fit out with plush offices and break out areas.

About the role:

As one of their Site Managers you will be expected to take full ownership of the project supervising site activities and delegating as necessary. You will be a seasoned Foreman looking to step into the role of a General Foreman quickly. Ideally you will have direct experience working on Commercial / Office fit outs over $500,000 AUD. You will also have a seasoned portfolio and over 3 years experience working for similar build projects in the Local Sydney arena.

Duties:

  • Preparing programmes
  • Adherence to BCA standards
  • Site Inspections, establishment and testing.
  • Daily and Monthly reporting
  • OH&S
  • Subcontractor site Inductions
  • Client Care
  • Managing onsite issues
  • Working to deadlines, contract and project time frames.

Skills and Experience

  • You will have a minimum of 3 year’s experience working on similar projects.
  • You will be highly motivated and ambitious with drive and passion in a leadership capacity.
  • Confident and looking to exceed in all facets of your work. Delivering on time and on Budget.
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • A “can do” positive attitude and confidence.
  • Good management approach.
