The primary function of the Customer Relationship Specialist is to strategically plan to maximize the connection and engagement of the products and brands our client offers. It goes beyond sales, ensuring that the customer maintains and expands an interest in our products.

The Customer Relationship Specialist is also responsible for all Loyalty programs and the management of all customer expectations - from the loyalty communication, incentivizing and maximization of company net gain of the program.

The CR Specialist will be naturally curious, with an analytical mind, able to thrive in an ever growing and changing retail environment, keeping up to date with Industry Best Practices and Data specialization. The CSR Specialist is tasked with designing and delivering new capabilities, guidelines and strategy to better the needs of the customer and drive a superior customer experience.

The role includes facilitating, defining and orchestrating customer experience across our various platforms, channels and products. Through analytics and insights, the CR Specialist will support the business in driving continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. A key part of the role will be to embed these best practices and drive operational excellence in CR experience. Being able to develop and provide group-wide, specialist coaching for various service teams, as well as delivering/ assessing our reward & recognition programs.

The role suits someone who can blend strong problem solving skills, technical abilities and the ability to lead and effectively communicate insights to senior management, works within the Merchandise Team and liases and interacts with various other internal partners as well as external partners to ensure the success of the business.

Your qualifications

  • Advanced Excel skills is essential
  • 5 years in customer data campaigns and reporting
  • Strong Tableau and SQL skills is essential
  • Good knowledge of the retail industry
  • Knowledge of industry best practice and driving new customer relationships
