This organisation is renowned for being leaders in the superannuation & financial planning sector. Based in the heart of Sydney CBD they are seeking a Team Leader to manage their estates & claims administration team. This role will see you support a handful of estates and claims administrators and continue to drive the success of the business. You will be responsible for using your superannuation experience and natural leadership skills to implement and maintain effective workflows in the team. This is a great opportunity to work with likeminded people as your immediate team are well experienced and highly competent. Your key duties as a Superannuation Team Leader

  • Manage daily workflow of the team
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations
  • Exercise your technical skills in deceased estates to train, coach and lead the team
  • Preforming regular staff appraisals and one on ones
  • Adhering to all regulatory requirements

Your skills and experience

  • Deceased estates and claims administration experience is a must
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a team leader role
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • RG146 qualifications are advantageous
