Company Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced superannuation professional to join an industry leader. This role will see you making calls to existing members driving member engagement and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact existing members regarding various campaigns
  • Drive member engagement and retention by asking exploring questions
  • Carry out needs analysis and promote suitable superannuation products/services
  • Organise financial advice appointments
  • Upsell and cross sell to customers to achieve set referral and sales targets
  • Maintain superior level of customer service to all customers
  • Build strong working internal and external relationships

Selection Criteria

  • Previous experience working in superannuation in client services
  • Ideally RG146 qualified
  • Knowledge of superannuation industry and products
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
