  • Leading an initial team of 3, coaching, developing ongoing and through monthly 1:1
  • Identify areas of potential efficiency improvements
  • Team and individual reporting
  • Develop action plans to optimise performance and rive continuous improvement
  • Respond to general and escalated enquires from customers, clients, and team members
  • Drive team engagement

The successful candidate:

  • Previous leadership experience within a customer service team
  • Experience of coaching and managing a team to meet set KPI’s
  • A strong understanding of call centre metrics
  • A proven ability to address performance issues
