The candidate

You will be someone who thrives on working in a fast paced environment and is constantly willing to go above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction with both internal and external stakeholders. In this position you will have a lot a variety and no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and providing administrative support to the wider team.

Main duties include:

  • Receive, evaluate and document customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Escalate issues if cant be resolved
  • Work against KPI's such as customer satisfaction and turnaround time to resolution
  • 1-3 years customer service experience
  • Great communication skills- phone manner and written. Ability to translate technical terms to non-technical language
  • Fast learner and ability to evolve in a changing and growing work environment
  • MS Office skills
