Are you genuinely passionate about recruitment and have experience sourcing for both blue and white collar professionals? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic recruitment specialist for our client who is a top global supplier across industries, including construction and mining.

If you have the drive to think outside the square to manage the delivery of end to end recruitment and selection services across an organisation, then this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a strong and supportive HR team who work hard and know how to have fun! They are a passionate, down to earth, innovative team and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of end to end recruitment & selection; through traditional and creative recruitment ideas
  • Partner with HR to develop and implement a proactive talent pool strategy
  • Manage Careers Social Media pages, professional networking platforms and company profiles
  • Proactively build strong networks
  • Coordinate and represent the business at career networking events
  • Support development and implementation of an employer brand strategy; to position as an employer of choice
  • Partner with HR and Training teams in strengthening and delivering diversity and inclusion strategies

Key Competencies:

  • 2-3 years in recruitment (internal recruitment preferably, not essential)
  • Experience in a range of sourcing initiatives and strategies
  • Experience working with an e-recruitment system
  • Demonstrated ability to form collaborative relationships across teams
  • Ability to adapt and manage within a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across all levels
  • Strong time management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to share ideas on best practises in the recruitment process
