about your role

The Talent Advisor will a strategic partner to our hiring managers and provide end to end recruitment to attract and hire the best talent for our client. Additionally, you will play a vital role in creating and shaping the candidate experience.

your duties

  • Sourcing and profiling contact centre-customer service associates;
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships;
  • Holding assessment centres and interviews for candidates; and
  • Delivering on large volume projects and managing the end to end recruitment process.
