Based in the heart of Sydney, this FMCG company is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join their extremely busy team. This is a 12 month Fixed Term contract.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing 8 diaries
  • General administration and office responsibilities
  • Data entry
  • Answering the phone and basic meet and greet reception duties
  • screening visitors
  • maintaining records
  • Personal Assistance / Support
  • Executive Scheduling
  • Event Management
  • Arrange conferences, workshops and special events
  • Booking travel, entertainment etc.

Key skills:

  • Initiative
  • Organisation/Time management
  • Strong communication (internal and external)
  • Typing 60 wpm
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and diplomacy
  • Documentation management
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
