Our client is a market leader in Financial Services and are based just outside of the CBD in stunning corporate offices. They are currently seeking an energetic, high performing and experienced Team Leader to lead a team in quality collection services.
You will lead a team of experienced collection specialists who are responsible for performing end to end management of a portfolio of high-end overdue accounts. On a day to day basis you will set KPI's and targets, distribute workloads and drive performance. You will be required to provide analytical daily, weekly and monthly reporting, while identifying areas of potential efficiency improvements. Due to the highly regulated nature of this industry, you will also manage compliance and ensure the business is maintaining industry standards.
Skills & Experience
Successful applicants will have strong experience as a Team Leader in a Call Centre and will ideally have experience in collections or lending. Experience in banking, financial services, collections is highly desired. You will also have a passion for leading, coaching and developing your team to be highly successful and engaged. Not only will your team deliver a high level of customer service but you will have a great passion and commitment to always meeting client satisfaction.
