Overview

This well respected and established fintech firm is seeking an experienced people leader to join their business during a period of growth. This role will see you leading a small inbound client service team handling calls from individuals, advisers and third parties. Day to day you will be providing one on one coaching and support to create a high performing team. To be successful in this role you will have previous leadership experience within financial services preferably in superannuation or investments and demonstrate a passion for success and a strong focus on process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a small team across client services handling calls and emails from employers, members and advisers
  • Oversee the daily workflow and act as a point of contact for escalations
  • Provide one on one support to team members, identifying opportunities for further training
  • Monitor and track individual and team performance
  • Build strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Educate stakeholders on processes to manage expectations
  • Identify and streamline processes as required

Selection Criteria

  • Previous leadership experience (minimum 3 years) within financial services
  • Experience within superannuation or investments
  • RG146 qualified will be highly regarded
  • Ability to coach lead and drive a team to success
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
