Your New Role

Team leader managing 4 servicing coordinators working as part of a larger group to satisfy the requirements. I think we need to sell the role and discuss the leadership side a little more.

Your key duties

  • Activley Manage, Lead and coach 4 service coordiantors. Day to day operations acheving KPI's, Performance managing
  • Reporting
  • Invocing
  • Scheduling work orders to technicians over flow from team
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues raised by team members to create and maintain a work environment in which team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
  • Comprehensive administration support to the Field technicians.
  • To be responsible for the purchasing of parts, materials and equipment for technicians as required
  • To perform administrative tasks including the processing of service report sheets and timesheets as well as any ad hoc duties requiring word processing and spread sheet work.
  • Coordinating documentation needed for associated projects.

Your profile

  • Experience in a manager or team leader role within a Technician based role
  • Experience in a similar technical role
  • Be extremely reliable and able to work full-time hours.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form.
  • Sound skills in problem solving and planning.
  • High accountability along with a positive and flexible attitude
