The Role

Managing the Call centre operations of the business, you will be responsible for driving and motivating a team of casual sales staff.

- Coordinating schedules/ rosters in line with key marketing times

- Training and motivating team of call centre staff

- Providing comprehensive and detailed feedback from calls to drive business outcomes

- Managing team outcomes including data accuracy, sales conversions and KPI’s

- Create and implement incentives to drive performance

- Comprehensive reporting on call statistics and data input

Some weekend work is required.

The Candidate

This role would suit an outgoing and motivated individual who is confident and ready to step up into a team leader/ management position and gain exposure to the total business. In this comperhensive role you are a valued contirbutor to the business success and will be treated as such.

You must have at least 2 years call centre experience and the desire to succeed.
