A well respected and leading IT company is seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join their team in a Temporary to Permanant capacity.

The Role

As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing front of house and secretarial support.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • General administration
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Answering enquiries
  • Being point of contact for all couriers
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Organise catering for events
  • General filing
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Managing stationary requirements
  • Liaising with other departments where needed
  • Monitoring visitor access
  • Coordinating meetings and room bookings
  • General data entry
  • Housekeeping as required
  • Making sure to help out where needed

Skills Required

This role requires a high level of communication, customer service and professionalism as you will constantly be dealing with important internal and external stakeholders.

In addition you will have:

  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Reception experience is a must
  • Experience in a professional services environment
  • Resilience when faced with challenges
  • The confidence and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to deal with multiple personalities
  • A high level of time management skills
